Literary Award

Last Friday was held the 5th Junior College Awards event. I was so surprised that I got an invitation. Plus there was nothing written on what my award is all about. Once there I got to know I had been awarded a Literary Price for having placed 2nd in a literary competition entitled Concours Vision d'Europe at the Alliance Francaise de Malte. It was a pleasant evening!

Good Morning!

Yes, this morning was one of the best I had lately (not considering the weekend break at Baksu's farmhouse).

The first thing I saw this morning when I opened my eyes was Baksu. He passed to my house to hand me a book which I had to use later today. I was so happy to see him that I couldn't help but grab him closer, kissed for a while and whispered some sweet early morning words. I wish we had more time before he would start work.... ;) But I can't really complain.

To make things even more wonderful, at 9.45 I received a phone call from one of my fellow students who told me that we were having an extra lecture today at 10.00 and instead of the lectures from 12.00 to 14.00 we were going to have lectures at 15.00 to 17.00. Well, first of all I have no means to make it to university in 15 mins and secondly I already had an appointment with my driving instructor at 15.00, which appointment I cannot cancel because I already had cancelled a previous one due to the unfortunate loss of my grandfather.
Meaning: no university today!

Still Alive

As one can perceive from my long absence of posting and as I forecasted the tide did get in actually. But I'm surviving so far. Loads and loads of things happened; good and bad. Thanks to that special someone I'm still alive and kicking. Some other relatives of mine aren't though :( Anyways, life must go on...
